2e6bb987a3 AK+WindowServer: Remove did_construct() framework used only once
There is also make_ref_counted(), which does not call did_construct(),
so the method was not guaranteed to be run. Since there is only a single
user, and `WindowServer::Window` is a final class anyway (so there is no
need to separate the constructor and post-constructor phases), let's get
rid of this concept.

(The following commits reduce the opportunities to call
make_ref_counted, but still.)

9cf9e604c3 LibCore: Add REGISTER_ABSTRACT_CORE_OBJECT
This behaves identically to REGISTER_CORE_OBJECT, but the resulting
ObjectClassRegistration's construct() method will always return null.

c3b0b9057e LibCore+LibGUI: Make ObjectClassRegistration::construct() nullable
This lays the groundwork for allowing the registration of abstract
core objects, which will be needed for improved GML autocomplete.

lets the compiler figure out the other needed types from that.

e9121f8b1f LibCore+Userland: Implement Core::deferred_invoke
Core::deferred_invoke is a way of executing an action after previously
queued events have been processed. It removes the requirement of
having/being a Core::Object subclass in order to defer invocation
through Core::Object::deferred_invoke.

Core::Object::deferred_invoke now delegates to Core::deferred_invoke.
The version with the Object& argument is still present but will be
removed in the following commits.

This commit additionally fixes a new places where the
DeferredInvocationEvent was dispatched to the event loop directly, and
replaces them with the Core::deferred_invoke equivalent.

d6de0613f5 LibCore: Store ObjectRegistration names as StringViews
We don't need to be allocating Strings for these names during static
initialization. The C-string literals will be stored in the .rodata ELF
section, so they're not going anywhere. We can just wrap the .rodata
storage for the class names in StringViews and use those in Object
registration and lookup APIs.

20c066b8e0 LibCore: Call optional did_construct() method when constucting objects
Some objects need to perform tasks during construction that require
the object to be fully constructed, which can't be done in the
constructor. This allows postponing such tasks into a did_construct
method that will be called right after the object was fully
constructed.

dc25a4e249 LibCore+Inspector: Reverse the direction of Inspector connections
Core::EventLoop now makes an outbound connection to InspectorServer
instead of listening for incoming connections on a /tmp/rpc/PID socket.

This has many benefits, for example:
- We no longer keep an open listening socket in most applications
- We stop leaking socket files in /tmp/rpc
- We can tighten the pledges in many programs (patch coming)

942a5afd23 LibCore: Don't needlessly use StringView in Core::Object APIs
Taking a StringView parameter that gets immediately converted to
a String anyway is silly. Just take a String directly instead.

This pattern is the main reason we have the "StringView internal
StringImpl pointer" optimization, and I suspect that we can throw
that whole thing out if we make a couple more patches like this.

e4412f1f59 AK+Kernel: Make IntrusiveList capable of holding non-raw pointers
This should allow creating intrusive lists that have smart pointers,
while remaining free (compared to the impl before this commit) when
holding raw pointers :^)
As a sidenote, this also adds a `RawPtr<T>` type, which is just
equivalent to `T*`.
Note that this does not actually use such functionality, but is only
expected to pave the way for #6369, to replace NonnullRefPtrVector<T>
with intrusive lists.

As it is with zero-cost things, this makes the interface a bit less nice
by requiring the type name of what an `IntrusiveListNode` holds (and
optionally its container, if not RawPtr), and also requiring the type of
the container (normally `RawPtr`) on the `IntrusiveList` instance.

a6e4482080 AK+Everywhere: Make StdLibExtras templates less wrapper-y
This commit makes the user-facing StdLibExtras templates and utilities
arguably more nice-looking by removing the need to reach into the
wrapper structs generated by them to get the value/type needed.
The C++ standard library had to invent `_v` and `_t` variants (likely
because of backwards compat), but we don't need to cater to any codebase
except our own, so might as well have good things for free. :^)
