2cc108a15e LibWeb: Rename DOM::shadow_root() to shadow_root_internal()
The shadowRoot property getter that will be added in subsequent commits
has an additional check that checks whether the shadow root is opened.
I didn't update the function logic to match with the IDL interface,
because it's very likely we don't want that check in the existing code,
so that for example closed shadow root elements can still be updated.

6e7459322d AK: Remove StringBuilder::build() in favor of to_deprecated_string()
Having an alias function that only wraps another one is silly, and
keeping the more obvious name should flush out more uses of deprecated
strings.
No behavior change.

f3db548a3d AK+Everywhere: Rename FlyString to DeprecatedFlyString
DeprecatedFlyString relies heavily on DeprecatedString's StringImpl, so
let's rename it to A) match the name of DeprecatedString, B) write a new
FlyString class that is tied to String.

57dc179b1f Everywhere: Rename to_{string => deprecated_string}() where applicable
This will make it easier to support both string types at the same time
while we convert code, and tracking down remaining uses.

One big exception is Value::to_string() in LibJS, where the name is
dictated by the ToString AO.

6e19ab2bbc AK+Everywhere: Rename String to DeprecatedString
We have a new, improved string type coming up in AK (OOM aware, no null
state), and while it's going to use UTF-8, the name UTF8String is a
mouthful - so let's free up the String name by renaming the existing
class.
Making the old one have an annoying name will hopefully also help with
quick adoption :^)

c7489e7665 LibWeb: Don't invalidate style for entire document on Node insertion
Like for attribute changes, we now only invalidate the insertion parent

way less than doing the entire document.

Once we implement the CSS :has() selector, we'll need to become more
sophisticated about invalidation.

c877eb47a2 LibWeb: Add GC finalizer for DOM::Node
Now that the layout tree is also GC-allocated, we can't be messing with

268b9c5d90 LibWeb: Make the layout tree GC-allocated

It also makes lifetimes much easier to reason about, as the DOM and

8de7e49a56 LibWeb: Remove unecessary dependence on Window from DOM and WebIDL
These classes only needed Window to get at its realm. Pass a realm
directly to construct DOM and WebIDL classes.

This change importantly removes the guarantee that a Document will
always have a non-null Window object. Only Documents created by a
BrowsingContext will have a non-null Window object. Documents created by
for example, DocumentFragment, will not have a Window (soon).

This incremental commit leaves some workarounds in place to keep other
parts of the code building.

6f433c8656 LibWeb+LibJS: Make the EventTarget hierarchy (incl. DOM) GC-allocated
This is a monster patch that turns all EventTargets into GC-allocated

garbage collector is now responsible for their lifetimes.

There's a fair amount of hacks and band-aids in this patch, and we'll
have a lot of cleanup to do after this.

aa9f7cc597 LibWeb: Fix queuing mutation records for node removal
Step 19 of node removal was missing, which allows the mutations of the
descendants of the removed node to still be observed by the parent.

Step 20 of node removal queued the mutation record for the removed
node instead of it's parent. Since queuing takes place after the node
is removed from the tree, the mutation record would be lost as the only
inclusive ancestor of the node at this point is only the node itself.

3f3f45580a Everywhere: Add sv suffix to strings relying on StringView(char const*)
Each of these strings would previously rely on StringView's char const*
constructor overload, which would call __builtin_strlen on the string.
Since we now have operator ""sv, we can replace these with much simpler
versions. This opens the door to being able to remove
StringView(char const*).

No functional changes.

1f820f8840 LibWeb: Add support for the <base> element changing the base URL
Used by Google seemingly almost all around account sign in and
management. The modern sign in page has this near the beginning:
```html
<base href="https://accounts.google.com">
```
All of the XHRs performed by sign in are relative URLs to this
base URL. Previously we ignored this and did it relative to the
current URL, causing the XHRs to 404 and sign in to fall apart.

I presume they do this because you can access the sign in page
from multiple endpoints, such as `/ServiceLogin` and
`/o/oauth2/auth/identifier`

have been updated as well.
