58838db445 LibGfx: Add the start of a JBIG2 loader
JBIG2 is infamous for two things:

1. It's used in xerox scanners were it falsifies scanned numbers:

https://www.dkriesel.com/en/blog/2013/0802_xerox-workcentres_are_switching_written_numbers_when_scanning

2. It was allegedly used in an iOS zero day, in a very cool way:

https://googleprojectzero.blogspot.com/2021/12/a-deep-dive-into-nso-zero-click.html

Needless to say, we need support for it in Serenity. (...because it's
used in PDF files.)

This adds all the scaffolding, but no actual implementation yet.

It's enough for `file` to print the mime type of .jb2 files, but `image`
can't do anything with the files yet.

187862ebe0 LibGfx: Add a .pam loader
.pam is a "portrable arbitrarymap" as documented at
https://netpbm.sourceforge.net/doc/pam.html

It's very similar to .pbm, .pgm, and .ppm, so this uses the
PortableImageMapLoader framework. The header is slightly different,
so this has a custom header parsing function.

Also, .pam only exixts in binary form, so the ascii form support
becomes optional.

5e1499d104 Everywhere: Rename {Deprecated => Byte}String
This commit un-deprecates DeprecatedString, and repurposes it as a byte
string.
As the null state has already been removed, there are no other
particularly hairy blockers in repurposing this type as a byte string
(what it _really_ is).

This commit is auto-generated:

eb1c99bd72 LibPDF+LibGfx: Make SMasks on jpeg images work
SMasks are greyscale images that get used as alpha channel for a
different image.

JPEGs in PDFs are stored as streams with /DCTDecode filters, and
we have a separate code path for loading those in the PDF renderer.
That code path just calls our JPEG decoder, which creates bitmaps
with format BGRx8888.

So when we process an SMask for such a bitmap, we have to change
the bitmap's format to BGRA8888 in addition to setting alpha values
on all pixels.

fda5590313 LibGfx/ILBM: Add an IFF-ILBM decoder :)
IFF was a generic container fileformat that was popular on the Amiga
since it was the only file format supported by Deluxe Paint.

ILBM is an image format popular in the late eighties/nineties
that uses the IFF container.

This is a very first version of the decoder that only supports
(byterun) compressed files with bpp <= 8.

Only the minimal chunks are decoded: CMAP, BODY, BMHD.

I am planning to add support for the following variants:

- EHB (32 colours + lighter 32 colours)
- HAM6 / HAM8 (special mode that allowed to display the whole Amiga
4096 colours / 262 144 colours palette)
- TrueColor (24bit)

Things that could be fun to do:

- Still images could be animated using color cycle information

6e0fc5e221 LibGfx: Remove a static on a method in a .h file
Methods defined in header files should generally be `inline`,
not `static`.

`static` means that each translation unit will have its own local copy
of the function when the function isn't inlined and it's up to the
linker's identical code folding to hopefully merge the potentially many
copies in the program. `inline` means that the linker can put the
identical copies in a comdat and merge them by name, without having to
compare contents.

No behavior change.

e818c955b3 LibGfx: Allow creating Bitmaps from ReadonlyBytes objects
The existing try_create_from_serialized_byte_buffer function accepts a
ByteBuffer, but in reality it requires only a ReadonlyBytes, since
internally the only thing it does is calling buffer.bytes(). There is
thus no reason to have a function that simply accepts ReadonlyBytes, and
implement the former in terms of the newer.

6e19ab2bbc AK+Everywhere: Rename String to DeprecatedString
We have a new, improved string type coming up in AK (OOM aware, no null

mouthful - so let's free up the String name by renaming the existing
class.
Making the old one have an annoying name will hopefully also help with
quick adoption :^)

eec881ea34 LibGfx: Implement flood fill algorithm in Bitmap class
This change implements a flood fill algorithm for the Bitmap class. This
will be leveraged by various Tools in PixelPaint. Moving the code into
Bitmap reduces the duplication of the algorithm throughout the
PixelPaint Tools (currently Bucket Tool and Wand Select).

The flood fill function requires you to pass in a threshold value (0 -
100) as well as a lambda for what to do when a pixel gets reached. The
lambda is provided an IntPoint representing the coordinates of the pixel
that was just reached.

The genericized lambda approach allows for a variety of things to be
done as the flood algorithm progresses. For example, the Bucket Tool
will paint each pixel that gets reached with the fill_color. The Wand
Select tool wont actually alter the bitmap itself, instead it uses the
reached pixels to alter a selection mask.

3f3f45580a Everywhere: Add sv suffix to strings relying on StringView(char const*)
Each of these strings would previously rely on StringView's char const*
constructor overload, which would call __builtin_strlen on the string.
Since we now have operator ""sv, we can replace these with much simpler
versions. This opens the door to being able to remove
StringView(char const*).

No functional changes.

a6a8ba80fc LibGfx: Rename Color::from_rgba() => Color::from_argb()
This matches the rename of RGBA32 to ARGB32. It also makes more sense

5ace66a903 LibGfx: Rename RGBA32 => ARGB32
The ARGB32 typedef is used for 32-bit #AARRGGBB quadruplets. As such,
the name RGBA32 was misleading, so let's call it ARGB32 instead.

Since endianness is a thing, let's not encode any assumptions about byte
order in the name of this type. ARGB32 is basically a "machine word"
of color.

c3256a51cb LibGfx: Remove scale factor option from try_load_from_fd_and_close()
... and bring it back to try_load_from_file().

Prior to this change, changing the scaling option to x2 in the Display
Settings resulted in the following crash:

  WindowServer(15:15): ASSERTION FAILED: bitmap->width() % scale_factor
  == 0 ./Userland/Libraries/LibGfx/Bitmap.cpp:126

That was caused by two minor overlooked yaks:

- First, Bitmap::try_load_from_fd_and_close() tried to respect your
  scale factor.

While requesting a bitmap from file can make a switcheroo to give you
a higher resolution bitmap, doing the same when you already have an fd
  might violate the unveil agreement.
... but, it didn't do that.

It read bitmaps from requested fds, but also pretended all system
bitmaps in /res/ are the HiDPI ones when you enabled that mode.

- d85d741c59 used this function to deduplicate try_load_from_file().

It actually made this bug a lot easier to replicate!
