82a152b696 LibGfx: Remove try_ prefix from bitmap creation functions
Those don't have any non-try counterpart, so we might as well just omit
it.

ab99ed5fba LibIPC+Everywhere: Change IPC::encode's return type to ErrorOr
In doing so, this removes all uses of the Encoder's stream operator,
except for where it is currently still used in the generated IPC code.
So the stream operator currently discards any errors, which is the
existing behavior. A subsequent commit will propagate the errors.

9b483625e6 LibIPC+Everywhere: Change IPC decoders to construct values in-place
Currently, the generated IPC decoders will default-construct the type to
be decoded, then pass that value by reference to the concrete decoder.
This, of course, requires that the type is default-constructible. This
was an issue for decoding Variants, which had to require the first type
in the Variant list is Empty, to ensure it is default constructible.

Further, this made it possible for values to become uninitialized in
user-defined decoders.

This patch makes the decoder interface such that the concrete decoders
themselves contruct the decoded type upon return from the decoder. To do
so, the default decoders in IPC::Decoder had to be moved to the IPC
namespace scope, as these decoders are now specializations instead of
overloaded methods (C++ requires specializations to be in a namespace
scope).

05f41382bb Userland: Properly define IPC::encode and IPC::decode specializations
In order to avoid the base encode/decode methods from being used (and
failing a static assertion), we must be sure to declare/define the
custom type implementations as template specializations.

After this, LibIPC is no longer sensitive to include order.

e5f09ea170 Everywhere: Split Error::from_string_literal and Error::from_string_view
Error::from_string_literal now takes direct char const*s, while
Error::from_string_view does what Error::from_string_literal used to do:
taking StringViews. This change will remove the need to insert `sv`
after error strings when returning string literal errors once
StringView(char const*) is removed.

No functional changes.

5ace66a903 LibGfx: Rename RGBA32 => ARGB32
The ARGB32 typedef is used for 32-bit #AARRGGBB quadruplets. As such,
the name RGBA32 was misleading, so let's call it ARGB32 instead.

Since endianness is a thing, let's not encode any assumptions about byte
order in the name of this type. ARGB32 is basically a "machine word"
of color.

cb9cac4e40 LibIPC+IPCCompiler+AK: Make IPC value decoders return ErrorOr<void>
This allows us to use TRY() in decoding helpers, leading to a nice
reduction in line count.

09cba7c780 LibGfx: Use ErrorOr<T> for Bitmap infrastructure used by ShareableBitmap
This also allows us to get rid of the ShareableBitmap(Bitmap)
constructor which was easy to misuse. Everyone now uses Bitmap's
to_shareable_bitmap() helper instead.

e4394b1605 LibGfx: Use anonymous buffer instead of raw anon_fd for Gfx::Bitmap
Instead of using a low-level, proprietary API inside LibGfx, let's use
Core::AnonymousBuffer which already abstracts anon_fd and offers a
higher-level API too.

SPDX License Identifiers are a more compact / standardized
way of representing file license information.

5f9c42c404 LibGfx: Give Bitmap a scale factor
Gfx::Bitmap can now store its scale factor. Normally it's 1, but
in high dpi mode it can be 2.

If a Bitmap with a scale factor of 2 is blitted to a Painter with
scale factor of 2, the pixels can be copied over without any resampling.
(When blitting a Bitmap with a scale factor of 1 to a Painter with scale
factor of 2, the Bitmap is painted at twice its width and height at
paint time. Blitting a Bitmap with a scale factor of 2 to a Painter with
scale factor 1 is not supported.)

A Bitmap with scale factor of 2 reports the same width() and height() as
one with scale factor 1. That's important because many places in the
codebase use a bitmap's width() and height() to layout Widgets, and all
widget coordinates are in logical coordinates as well, per
Documentation/HighDPI.md.

Bitmap grows physical_width() / physical_height() to access the actual
pixel size. Update a few callers that work with pixels to call this
instead.

Make Painter's constructor take its scale factor from the target bitmap
that's passed in, and update its various blit() methods to handle
blitting a 2x bitmap to a 2x painter. This allows removing some gnarly
code in Compositor. (In return, put some new gnarly code in
LibGfxScaleDemo to preserve behavior there.)

No intended behavior change.

58b435f49e LibGfx: Short-circuit ShareableBitmap construction in IPC decoder
When decoding a ShareableBitmap that came over IPC, it's safe to assume
that it's backed by an anonymous file (since we just decoded it.)

7c1df68be3 LibGfx: Don't encode invalid Gfx::ShareableBitmap as IPC::File
IPC::File should only be used when there's an actual file to pass.
Invalid ShareableBitmaps don't have a backing file, so fix this by
first encoding a "valid" flag.

333366a99d WindowServer+Taskbar: Send WM icon updates as Gfx::ShareableBitmap
Window icons in Taskbar were previously received in WM events with
shbuf ID's. Now that Gfx::ShareableBitmap is backed by anonymous files,
we can easily switch to using those.
