c06f4ac6f5 AK+Everywhere: Make GenericLexer::ignore_until() stop before the value
`consume_until(foo)` stops before foo, and so does
`ignore_until(Predicate)`, so let's make the other `ignore_until()`
overloads consistent with that so they're less confusing.

8464da1439 AK: Move Stream and SeekableStream from LibCore
`Stream` will be qualified as `AK::Stream` until we remove the
`Core::Stream` namespace. `IODevice` now reuses the `SeekMode` that is
defined by `SeekableStream`, since defining its own would require us to
qualify it with `AK::SeekMode` everywhere.

6e7459322d AK: Remove StringBuilder::build() in favor of to_deprecated_string()
Having an alias function that only wraps another one is silly, and
keeping the more obvious name should flush out more uses of deprecated
strings.
No behavior change.

8b7b03b369 IPCCompiler+LibIPC: Propagate IPC encoder errors
This propagates errors from user-defined encoders up to IPC::Connection.
There, we currently just log the error, as we aren't in a position to
propagate it further (i.e. we are inside a deferred invocation).

9b483625e6 LibIPC+Everywhere: Change IPC decoders to construct values in-place
Currently, the generated IPC decoders will default-construct the type to
be decoded, then pass that value by reference to the concrete decoder.
This, of course, requires that the type is default-constructible. This
was an issue for decoding Variants, which had to require the first type
in the Variant list is Empty, to ensure it is default constructible.

Further, this made it possible for values to become uninitialized in
user-defined decoders.

This patch makes the decoder interface such that the concrete decoders
themselves contruct the decoded type upon return from the decoder. To do
so, the default decoders in IPC::Decoder had to be moved to the IPC
namespace scope, as these decoders are now specializations instead of
overloaded methods (C++ requires specializations to be in a namespace
scope).

Instead of a bunch of manual error checking and returning a null OwnPtr,
we can propagate the errors up and return NonnullOwnPtr on success.

   these are raw strings.

This generally seems like a better name, especially if we somehow also
need a better name for "read the entire buffer, but not the entire file"
somewhere down the line.

bbc149ebb9 Meta+Userland: Pass Gfx::Color by value
Gfx::Color is always 4 bytes (it's just a wrapper over u32) it's less
work just to pass the color directly.

This also updates IPCCompiler to prevent from generating
Gfx::Color const &, which makes replacement easier.

57dc179b1f Everywhere: Rename to_{string => deprecated_string}() where applicable
This will make it easier to support both string types at the same time
while we convert code, and tracking down remaining uses.

One big exception is Value::to_string() in LibJS, where the name is
dictated by the ToString AO.

6e19ab2bbc AK+Everywhere: Rename String to DeprecatedString
We have a new, improved string type coming up in AK (OOM aware, no null
state), and while it's going to use UTF-8, the name UTF8String is a
mouthful - so let's free up the String name by renaming the existing
class.
Making the old one have an annoying name will hopefully also help with
quick adoption :^)

357fd76e30 Meta: Generate a helper constructor for single-value IPC responses
When an IPC message returns a single value, we generate a class with a
constructor that is something like:

    class MessageResponse {
        MessageResponse(SingleReturnType value)
            : m_value(move(value))
        {
        }
    };

If that IPC message wants to return a value that SingleReturnType is
constructible from, you have to wrap that return call with braces:

    return { value_that_could_construct_single_return_type };

That isn't really an issue except for when we want to mix TRY semantics
with the return type. If SingleReturnType is constructible from an Error
type (i.e. something similar to ErrorOr), the following doesn't work:

    TRY(fallible_function());

Because MessageResponse would not be constructible from Error. Instead,
we must do some workaround with a custom TRY macro, as in 31bb792.

This patch generates a constructor that makes TRY usable as-is without
any custom macros. We perform a very similar trick in ThrowCompletionOr
inside LibJS. This constructor will allow you to create MessageResponse
from any type that SingleReturnType is constructible from.

2af028132a AK+Everywhere: Add AK_COMPILER_{GCC,CLANG} and use them most places
Doesn't use them in libc headers so that those don't have to pull in
AK/Platform.h.

AK_COMPILER_GCC is set _only_ for gcc, not for clang too. (__GNUC__ is
defined in clang builds as well.) Using AK_COMPILER_GCC simplifies
things some.

AK_COMPILER_CLANG isn't as much of a win, other than that it's
consistent with AK_COMPILER_GCC.

3f3f45580a Everywhere: Add sv suffix to strings relying on StringView(char const*)
Each of these strings would previously rely on StringView's char const*
constructor overload, which would call __builtin_strlen on the string.
Since we now have operator ""sv, we can replace these with much simpler
versions. This opens the door to being able to remove
StringView(char const*).

No functional changes.

bd6927ecab Meta: Refactor the IPC-compiler and port it to LibMain
This does a few things in total:
* Ports the IPC-compiler to LibMain
* Extract some compiler steps into separate functions
* Minify some appends to use appendln (or appendff in the case of
  StringBuilder)

This reduces the clang-tidies maximum cognitive-complexity score for
this file from 325 to under 100.

1aa8f73ddb IPCCompiler: Don't loop endlessly on nameless parameters
Previously, given a malformed IPC call declaration, where a parameter
does not have a name, the IPCCompiler would spin endlessly while
consuming more and more memory.

This is because it parses the parameter type incorrectly
(it consumes superfluous characters into the parameter type).

An example for such malformed declaration is:
tokens_info_result(Vector<GUI::AutocompleteProvider::TokenInfo>) =|

As a temporary fix, this adds VERIFY calls that would fail if we're at
EOF when parsing parameter names.

A real solution would be to parse C++ parameter types correctly.
LibCpp's Parser could be used for this task.

2e1bbcb0fa LibCore+LibIPC+Everywhere: Return Stream::LocalSocket from LocalServer
This change unfortunately cannot be atomically made without a single
commit changing everything.

Most of the important changes are in LibIPC/Connection.cpp,
LibIPC/ServerConnection.cpp and LibCore/LocalServer.cpp.

The notable changes are:
- IPCCompiler now generates the decode and decode_message functions such
  that they take a Core::Stream::LocalSocket instead of the socket fd.
- IPC::Decoder now uses the receive_fd method of LocalSocket instead of
  doing system calls directly on the fd.
- IPC::ConnectionBase and related classes now use the Stream API
  functions.
- IPC::ServerConnection no longer constructs the socket itself; instead,
  a convenience macro, IPC_CLIENT_CONNECTION, is used in place of
  C_OBJECT and will generate a static try_create factory function for
  the ServerConnection subclass. The subclass is now responsible for
  passing the socket constructed in this function to its
  ServerConnection base; the socket is passed as the first argument to
  the constructor (as a NonnullOwnPtr<Core::Stream::LocalServer>) before
  any other arguments.
- The functionality regarding taking over sockets from SystemServer has
  been moved to LibIPC/SystemServerTakeover.cpp. The Core::LocalSocket
  implementation of this functionality hasn't been deleted due to my
  intention of removing this class in the near future and to reduce
  noise on this (already quite noisy) PR.

39e5b42f36 IPCCompiler: Default initialize all parameter member variables
PVS Studio static analysis noticed we didn't initialize these in a
bunch of cases. This change fixes that so we will always initialize
these using universal initialization.

4a81b33c07 Everywhere: Fix -Winconsistent-missing-override warnings from Clang
This option is already enabled when building Lagom, so let's enable it
for the main build too. We will no longer be surprised by Lagom Clang
CI builds failing while everything compiles locally.

Furthermore, the stronger `-Wsuggest-override` warning is enabled in
this commit, which enforces the use of the `override` keyword in all
classes, not just those which already have some methods marked as
`override`. This works with both GCC and Clang.

have to cast to prevent a compiler warning once smart pointers become

63956b36d0 Everywhere: Move all host tools into the Lagom/Tools subdirectory
This allows us to remove all the add_subdirectory calls from the top
level CMakeLists.txt that referred to targets linking LagomCore.

Segregating the host tools and Serenity targets helps us get to a place
where the main Serenity build can simply use a CMake toolchain file
rather than swapping all the compiler/sysroot variables after building
host libraries and tools.
