65b420f996 Everywhere: Remove unused includes of AK/Memory.h
These instances were detected by searching for files that include
AK/Memory.h, but don't match the regex:

\\b(fast_u32_copy|fast_u32_fill|secure_zero|timing_safe_compare)\\b

This regex is pessimistic, so there might be more files that don't
actually use any memory function.

In theory, one might use LibCPP to detect things like this
automatically, but let's do this one step after another.

c2a900b853 Everywhere: Remove unused includes of AK/StdLibExtras.h
These instances were detected by searching for files that include
AK/StdLibExtras.h, but don't match the regex:

\\b(abs|AK_REPLACED_STD_NAMESPACE|array_size|ceil_div|clamp|exchange|for
ward|is_constant_evaluated|is_power_of_two|max|min|mix|move|_RawPtr|RawP
tr|round_up_to_power_of_two|swap|to_underlying)\\b

(Without the linebreaks.)

This regex is pessimistic, so there might be more files that don't
actually use any "extra stdlib" functions.

In theory, one might use LibCPP to detect things like this
automatically, but let's do this one step after another.

30861daa93 Kernel: Simplify the File memory-mapping API
Before this change, we had File::mmap() which did all the work of
setting up a VMObject, and then creating a Region in the current
process's address space.

This patch simplifies the interface by removing the region part.
Files now only have to return a suitable VMObject from
vmobject_for_mmap(), and then sys$mmap() itself will take care of
actually mapping it into the address space.

This fixes an issue where we'd try to block on I/O (for inode metadata
lookup) while holding the address space spinlock. It also reduces time
spent holding the address space lock.

cf16b2c8e6 Kernel: Wrap process address spaces in SpinlockProtected
This forces anyone who wants to look into and/or manipulate an address
space to lock it. And this replaces the previous, more flimsy, manual
spinlock use.

Note that pointers *into* the address space are not safe to use after
you unlock the space. We've got many issues like this, and we'll have
to track those down as wlel.

11eee67b85 Kernel: Make self-contained locking smart pointers their own classes
Until now, our kernel has reimplemented a number of AK classes to
provide automatic internal locking:

- RefPtr
- NonnullRefPtr
- WeakPtr
- Weakable

This patch renames the Kernel classes so that they can coexist with
the original AK classes:

- RefPtr => LockRefPtr
- NonnullRefPtr => NonnullLockRefPtr
- WeakPtr => LockWeakPtr
- Weakable => LockWeakable

The goal here is to eventually get rid of the Lock* classes in favor of
using external locking.

3f3f45580a Everywhere: Add sv suffix to strings relying on StringView(char const*)
Each of these strings would previously rely on StringView's char const*
constructor overload, which would call __builtin_strlen on the string.
Since we now have operator ""sv, we can replace these with much simpler
versions. This opens the door to being able to remove
StringView(char const*).

No functional changes.

9c6834698f Kerenl/Firmware: Add map_ebda and map_bios methods in the original place
In a previous commit I moved everything into the new subdirectories in
FileSystem/SysFS directory without trying to actually make changes in
the code itself too much. Now it's time to split the code to make it
more readable and understandable, hence this change occurs now.

f7d1b8cd0c Kernel: Avoid potential memory info leak when doing mmap on /dev/mem
Although we can still consider this impossible to happen now, because
the mmap syscall entry code verifies that specified offset must be page
aligned, it's still a good practice to VERIFY we actually take a start
address as page-aligned in case of doing mmap on /dev/mem.

As for read(2) on /dev/mem, we don't map anything to userspace so it's
safe to read from whatever offset userspace specified as long as it does
not break the original rules of reading physical memory from /dev/mem.

79fa9765ca Kernel: Replace KResult and KResultOr<T> with Error and ErrorOr<T>
We now use AK::Error and AK::ErrorOr<T> in both kernel and userspace!
This was a slightly tedious refactoring that took a long time, so it's
not unlikely that some bugs crept in.

Nevertheless, it does pass basic functionality testing, and it's just
real nice to finally see the same pattern in all contexts. :^)

aee4786d8e Kernel: Introduce the DeviceManagement singleton
This singleton simplifies many aspects that we struggled with before:
1. There's no need to make derived classes of Device expose the
constructor as public anymore. The singleton is a friend of them, so he
can call the constructor. This solves the issue with try_create_device
helper neatly, hopefully for good.
2. Getting a reference of the NullDevice is now being done from this
singleton, which means that NullDevice no longer needs to use its own
singleton, and we can apply the try_create_device helper on it too :)
3. We can now defer registration completely after the Device constructor
which means the Device constructor is merely assigning the major and
minor numbers of the Device, and the try_create_device helper ensures it
calls the after_inserting method immediately after construction. This
creates a great opportunity to make registration more OOM-safe.

f5de4f24b2 Kernel/Devices: Defer creation of SysFS component after the constructor
Instead of doing so in the constructor, let's do immediately after the
constructor, so we can safely pass a reference of a Device, so the
SysFSDeviceComponent constructor can use that object to identify whether
it's a block device or a character device.
This allows to us to not hold a device in SysFSDeviceComponent with a
RefPtr.
Also, we also call the before_removing method in both SlavePTY::unref
and File::unref, so because Device has that method being overrided, it
can ensure the device is removed always cleanly.

f1b5def8fd Kernel: Factor address space management out of the Process class
This patch adds Space, a class representing a process's address space.

- Each Process has a Space.
- The Space owns the PageDirectory and all Regions in the Process.

This allows us to reorganize sys$execve() so that it constructs and
populates a new Space fully before committing to it.

Previously, we would construct the new address space while still
running in the old one, and encountering an error meant we had to do
tedious and error-prone rollback.

Those problems are now gone, replaced by what's hopefully a set of much
smaller problems and missing cleanups. :^)
