This implementation includes a first cut at run the unfocusing steps
from the spec, with many things left unimplemented.
The viewport related spec steps in particular don't seem to map to
LibWeb concepts, which makes figuring out if things are properly focused
much more difficult.
This patch adds a non standard step pushing the realm execution context
of fetching client's settings object onto the execution context stack
before linking a module script. Without the realm execution context
there is no current settings object, leading to a crash in
HostResolveImportedModule.
This patch adds support for script elements with the type attribute set
to "module". As a first cut the changes are mainly focused around inline
scripts.

This patch adds various algorithms required to fetch and link module
scripts.
Some parts such as actually creating a request and error handling are
not implemented or use temporary non spec compliant code to get us
further.

This patchs adds the Web::HTML::Script subclass ModuleScript and
JavaScriptModuleScript as a type of ModuleScript as well as various
algorithms related to JavaScript module scripts.

This patch adds the ModuleMap class used to keep track of the type and
url of a module as well as the fetching state associated. Each
environment settings object now also has a module map.
Previously we would simply check the an input string against a list of
mime type essences, ignoring that the input might not be a valid mime
type or contain parameters.
This patch moves the helpers into the MimeSniff namespace and properly
parses an input string before comparing the essence.
With the addition of the 'fetch params' struct, the single ownership
model we had so far falls apart completely.
Additionally, this works nicely for FilteredResponse's internal response
instead of risking a dangling reference.
Replacing the public constructor with a create() function also found a
few instances of a Request being stack-allocated!
This includes punting on the actual file picker implementation all the
way out to the PageClient. It's likely that some of the real details
should be implemented somewhere closer, like the BrowsingContext or the
Page, but we'll get there.
For now, this allows https://copy.sh/v86 to load the emulation of the
preselected images all the way until it hits a call to
URL.createObjectURL.
This was fairly straightforward, although a small part had to be ad-hoc
since we don't yet load images through Fetch.
With this, we can now see annotation labels on deskto.ps :^)
These classes only needed Window to get at its realm. Pass a realm
directly to construct Crypto, Encoding, HRT, IntersectionObserver,
NavigationTiming, Page, RequestIdleCallback, Selection, Streams, URL,
and XML classes.

This change importantly removes the guarantee that a Document will
always have a non-null Window object. Only Documents created by a
BrowsingContext will have a non-null Window object. Documents created by
for example, DocumentFragment, will not have a Window (soon).
This incremental commit leaves some workarounds in place to keep other
parts of the code building.
This Intrinsics object hangs off of a new HostDefined struct that takes
the place of EnvironmentSettingsObject as the true [[HostDefined]] slot
on JS::Realm objects created by LibWeb.
This gets the intrinsics off of the GlobalObject, Window, similar to the
previous refactor of LibJS to move the intrinsics into the Realm's
[[Intrinics]] internal slot.
A side effect of this change is that we cannot fully initialize a Window
object until the [[HostDefined]] slot has been installed into the realm,
which happens with the creation of the WindowEnvironmentSettingsObject.
As such, any Window usage that has not been funned through a WindowESO
will not have any cached Web prototyped or constructors, and will not
have Window APIs available to javascript code. Currently this seems
limited to usage of Window in the CSS parser, but a subsequent commit
will clean those up to take Realm as well. However, this commit compiles
so let's cut it off here :^).
Previously we only considered an element disabled if it was an <input>
element with the disabled attribute, but there's way more elements that
apply with more nuanced disabled/enabled rules.
URL had properly named replacements for protocol(), set_protocol() and
create_with_file_protocol() already. This patch removes these function
and updates all call sites to use the functions named according to the
specification.

Let's stop putting generic types and AOs from the Web IDL spec into
the Bindings namespace and directory in LibWeb, and instead follow our
usual naming rules of 'directory = namespace = spec name'. The IDL
namespace is already used by LibIDL, so Web::WebIDL seems like a good
choice.
These are from the HTML spec and therefore belong in the HTML/ directory
in LibWeb. Bindings/ has become a bit of a dumping ground, so this is a
first step towards cleaning that up.
Tasks can run at any time in the future and GC can run in the time
between postMessage and running the task, meaning the message can be
reaped if we don't keep a handle to it.
